- High turnover. Don't expect to work here longer than 6 mo to a year. If you don't quit, you'll get fired. - Office politics. The reality of their company culture does not match the fantasy they will sell you during an interview. - Lack of experienced personnel. - Poor training. - This is not a 501-1000 employee company as the profile states at the time of this writing. It's about a 25 employee family run company that processes payroll for other companies. Working there is like being in a dysfunctional family. They actually have family squabbles in front of the staff during meetings.
