Pros

the benefits for health insurance are great

Cons

"our employess are our greatest asset" is false. They don't care about the operations people or how the managers treat the employees. It's a typical transportation broker; the manager tells operations to lie to everybody and if you don't, you get screamed at as if you did something wrong which is hypocritical and absurd. They will threat to fire you at any time for any reason and as I've seen in other posts, it's true that the corporate office doesn't care. The hours can be unexpectedly long and working weekends isn't fun. I highly recommend staying away from the transportation industry because even though the managers can make a lot of money, the bonus's aren't split evenly and it's not worth the headaches. Never saw and dealt with the strangest, freaks people who are in this industry. Stay away.

Allen Lund Response

Allen Lund started and has successfully built this company with great employees. It is a family owned and operated company and we have a variety of leaders throughout our locations. As Allen tells each and every employee who attends our New Hire Orientation, "If you are asked to do anything that is not in line with our Mission Statement, I want to hear about it. You call me directly about that."

Pros

Paid benefits, tend to work with schedule...sometimes. That's the list on pros

Cons

Toxic, no room for growth, low pay, managers play favorites, unprofessional office culture. The ability to work from home but they want everyone in the office to waste your time, money and energy driving there in traffic under dangerous conditions. "Our most valuable asset is our employees...." haha, ok.
