Fun and friendly work environment.

Many many hours. Many times working well over your shift to close deals.

Was able to schedule my hours around my college classes and was able to work on school work when things were slow. Owners are wonderful people.

Was a good culture at first, but then they brought in a new GM and things went downhill quickly. The owners are great, but they are rarely there.
