Pros
-schedule for staff was flexible, if needed
-good pay if you negotiate well in interview process
-when its time to be off work, they want you out of the building like yesterday
Cons
-bonus system set up in place by owners, but the actual #'s do not get discussed. You get told if you sell x-amount, you get x-amount added to your check, but you cant count on 1k commission every week. (this was with a office manager that is no longer there)
-while they dont enforce being any kind of way, they are all very conservative christian, and if that isn't you, that wont work
-lack of training, I knew more in my dept than my dept supervisor. She got the position by being there so long (she is now office manager)
-any outside the office activities are not mandatory, but are heavily discouraged to not attend even if you have prior obligations
-when bad reviews come in, staff/staff friends and family are encouraged to go in and write positive ones to counteract the negative.
-"dont want to be political" for anything liberal, outspoken for anything conservative
