      Good team work and camaraderie

      Cons

      Hilariously low pay for hilariously high expectations. 12 hour days not uncommon, and 5am alarms for college fairs and flights to more college fairs were the norm. Only 10 paid days off a year outside of holidays and it's a fight to even get to use those.

      Great work/life balance. Great people to work with. Decent salary. Good benefits. Great extra time off.
