Pros
I always loved walking into the club, as it's a stunning building in the middle of central London. I met some great colleagues who made it a cosy and welcoming place to work. The majority of the members are spectacularly inspiring women and you get to mingle and get to know them.
Cons
Higher management is slightly delusional. They dream big, with minimal staff to achieve anything. I always felt like they squeezed as much as they could out of the team. It was sad to see in all departments. Every month the COO would insist on changing the sales strategy without reflecting on why things didn't work. It was a continuous struggle to achieve unrealistic targets and there was never any pat on the back or genuine show of appreciation.
