Pros
Working at ATM is a lot of fun. The company has grown from a very small firm doing flash games and brochures, to a very hip, powerhouse creative agency that does a huge range of high-quality and high-exposure work, and I'm proud to have been here since the near-beginning. The atmosphere is really casual and includes movie nights in the in-house theater, ping pong tournaments, and a gym. Overall I like coming up with fun, technically cutting-edge ways to give the client a surprising and powerful experience. That's what's really great about the job. The people are incredibly intelligent, very funny, and friendly. We help each other through tough weeks and months, and people here, especially the veteran staff, are motivated from the inside-out.
Cons
Sometimes we work late nights, but that can vary depending on the time of the year. Most of us do it because in the end, it's rewarding and we like knowing we worked hard to produce the best work possible. Also, communication and agility can always improve especially with fast-paced and high-profile clientele, and as the company has grown into its size, communication has gotten better.
