Pros

It's a job that pays a little bit. It doesn't pay a living wage by any means, but at least it pays a little bit.

Cons

- One of my paychecks bounced. This has happened to several others. - One of their mottos is "We don't short-change our customers," however they absolutely short-change their employees. Literally. They still owe me back-pay. - I was encouraged to lie to customers and set their expectations higher than what All Green could actually offer. - The CEO and Management operate on a "shoot first, ask questions later," basis. Communication between management and the rest of the employees is laughably non-existent. They refuse to give you the tools needed to do your job, then yell at you, write you up, and curse at you when you're unable to fulfill the job - The CEO creates a hostile working environment with his expletive-filled tirades. Don't even get me started on his bogus "motivational speaking" business on the side of which All Green employees are REQUIRED to take (unpaid) time off for and pay hundreds of dollars to attend. His motivational speaking is a waste of time at best, and a scam at worst. - Benefits? What benefits? I was promised commission, health insurance, paid time off, 401k, and direct deposit. It's been a year and a half and I'm still waiting on all of these. - Management will always throw you under the bus. They do not care for their employees and will never stand up for you. - Promotions are based on you just doing the work of the job you're trying to get promoted to (in addition to your already challenging workload), then applying for that promotion, and then most likely being denied for that promotion. However, if you are denied the promotion, you're STILL expected to do the job you were not promoted to. For the same low pay you were already getting. If you magically are approved for the promotion, good luck getting the raise because it will take several months of perpetually bothering management until you actually see the raise reflected on your paycheck. This is well after the raise approval papers have been signed. - I have never been with a company that will stop at nothing to try to not pay you. - They talk pretty big for a company that offers little. Don't get sucked into their "we want you to be successful and make more money and be taken care of!" talk. It's all lies so that you'll turn flips and bend over backwards for them. Once you've fulfilled your end of things, you'll receive nothing but excuses when it's time for them to hold up their end of the bargain. - There is never an HR representative there for longer than 5 or 6 months at a time. We have been told to not go to HR with any concerns or issues because they are only there for on-boarding new hires. Any other company has a system in place for a safe space to go with your concerns. You are instructed to go to your manager with your concerns. If your concerns are regarding your manager? Good luck getting that sorted out. They will also retaliate by making your already hellish job even more of a living hell if you so much as voice your opinion. HR is a complete and total joke. It's a wonder that this company is still afloat. They are fraudulent and two-faced in every possible way. Don't get sucked into this kool-aid cult. I've admitted myself into therapy because of this job. I've worked many jobs in the past by this is by and large the worst one I've ever experienced.

Pros

I worked for All Green for 7 years and it was one of the best companies I've worked for. I got hired at around minimum wage, but I worked really hard and I got promotions over time. In the end, I was a supervisor and making good money. When I got married, I had to move and that's the only reason I'm not with the company any longer, but I wish I could still work for them. They're a really great company to work for, as long as you're willing to work hard.

Cons

Not the place to work if you want to chill. Hard work is required.
