If you like working with dogs, this is a wonderful place to be employed. The focus on the dogs and making sure they are successful in all they do is truly remarkable. Consistent hours and knowledgeable managerial staff.

Pay is low and workers can be undervalued. Business is run very conservatively. Do not expect benefits or any worthwhile "perks" (employee discount is a joke). Staffing is very low so there is basically no one to cover any position if someone is out sick, on vacation, etc.

You get work work with wonderful dogs and their owners. Most of the staff are nice and friendly.

You'll be over worked and under paid. There are no benefits, you have to pay out of pocket for anything required to move up the ranks. The employee discount is useless. No paid time off and you have to accrew any time off you want to take. Owner doesn't value any employees. Be expecting to work for multiple people and ha e an unrealistic time to get the work done. This place has a very high turn over rate. There is a reason why she has no long term employees.
