The freedom to work independently without the concern of being micro-managed.

Support is not always immediate when you need it. However, when support is provided, it is thorough and constant, it is just a matter of getting it in time. On occassion, you will be left with the feeling of "too little, to late" because support was not there for you at a time when you may have been trying to close a big deal or make a sale. Other than that, I would say there is really no downside to the company.
