The program is essentially a entrepreneurship training course for sales offices, which is very lucrative, and it takes only about a year or less to graduate into your own office. We work in retail stores on the busy days (so mostly weekends). This is a sales position, at least to start out with, so we spend a ton of time just getting to know how to demo the services we are marketing before we even get out into the field to make that commission money...
There are no benefits other than pay (which can be better than 90% jobs)
