Pros
Pay, benefits, hours are good
Cons
No advancement. I have been here 5 years. I have applied for and gotten promotion only to be told it was no longer available due to budget. They outsource everything. Because of that people in higher positions get demoted making in impossible to advance. In addition demand will mentally break you down. You can go to management and HR and ask for help or possibly being removed from a skill you struggle with, but because they need you they will not, and make you feel wrong for asking. Best they will do is tell you to reach out to EAP. I was a great employee until recently. It's impossible to meet metrics and with feeling overwhelmed sometimes you just feel like giving up. I am sure I will soon be a former employee. I have LOA to help, but I'd rather work and get help than utilizing my loa to survive. TM is great, but their hands are tied.
