      WFH, Decent PTO, Definitely has potential

      Cons

      Growing too quickly - does not have the means to support all of the employees they are taking on en masse. Base pay is decent, but forget about raises. The work is boring and you have to keep up with your own book of business, Not necessarily a con - just something to consider.

      Not many pros to talk about.

      Cons

      Way to many accounts and underpaid based on workload. Employees leave and workload just shifted to remaining employees. To much nepotism.
