A little less organized in some areas. Do not have access to all the products in the market and have no truly developed sales management just yet but the people who are there worked their way up, so experience is there and dedication is there, just not in polished. No internal Product Marketing or Development team to assist with creating useful information for distribution. IT support was not easy to access.
