Pros
A lot of therapists are gaining patients, you can water your plants with your tears, you gain more perspective on what you shouldn’t want from a company, you can fail but still be promoted if you’re a manager
Cons
HR will gaslight you, lack of diversity, management that has zero accountability, zero empathy, you are a number, you will never get promoted, zero opportunity for growth, clique-y, upper management has zero idea of how their managers truly are, zero training, no communication between any department or managers, policies change on a dime, new fires to put out everyday
