Pros
A really friendly bunch where everyone seems happy to help. Covid hasn't stopped that but it's not quite the same of course, still, it'll be fine when back to normal.
Cons
As with any logistics involved place, there are some times when you wonder why but not often and things are changing to improve that anyway
