I really value the cooperation and openness inside and outside my department, the adaptive and mindful approach to marketing processes and the input of each specialist, guidance from the Marketing Lead, goals set based on our unique marketing experience and the company's objectives, opportunities for development, the people I work with, the activities and events with colleagues
Cons
Though there are efforts to improve processes, some changes take time to fully take effect. It can feel like progress is a bit slow at times, but the direction is positive.
