Good company but growing pains - Senior Consultant Alchemy (NV) Employee Review

I really love the higher education focused culture of this company. Teamwork, support, and open communication are genuinely valued, and roles and responsibilities are clearly defined. The collaborative and supportive culture is my favorite part of working here.

Not much of con right now.

Decent salary and benefits. Smart colleagues.

The bench isn't deep enough, leaving us short-handed too often. Promotion system is inconsistently applied.
