      - Mobile app development projects from Android and iOS native to flutter, RactJs - Complex as well as enterprise level app development - Great team building exercises - Performance based perks

      Cons

      Team is quite welcoming but sometimes freshers may feel some pressure, but managers are very helpful to make sure they can collaborate with other team members easily.

      Pros

      Great team, people from technical backgrounds are available. They push towards highest quality after proper training of the processes they implement. Always and always tell you to adhere to specified process and would always offer guidance (not help) to make you learn yourself.

      Cons

      Sometimes PMs give priority to clients and put us on back seat. But I guess it's natural when you work in service industry.
