Deficits balloon, spending is cut on student services, critical staffing, and Deans/Directors are treated with a revolting lack of respect. Content experts with years of experience are dismissed out of hand, not invited to meetings that involve critical decisions about their areas responsibility, and have budgets they are not allowed to develop, manage or challenge. The priorities of this institution are so skewed towards athletics, haphazard and failing approaches to enrollment, and for years Deficits balloon, spending is it on student services, critical staffing, and dept.
