      Wonderful supportive colleagues and good work life balance.

      Cons

      The former president was voted out due to financial mismanagement/ dishonest practices. This resulted in the cancellation of entire departments / majors.

      being a mentor was a super rewarding experience. connections were able to be made with students and professors
