Lovely local people in the asia office. I respect my superiors a lot here but can’t feel the same with the HQ leadership
Cons
Dubai HQ have terrible culture. Control freak. Disrespectful. Manipulative, abuse of power, rude to employees, shoot down colleagues, incompetent leaders in Dubai, terrible leadership, all talk, no action. One of the worst company with terrible values and culture I have ever worked with !
