Career Progression: We're committed to developing talent internally. Our promotion frameworks are designed to provide clear pathways and prepare high performers for leadership roles. While we do hire externally for specialized expertise, internal development remains a priority.
Product-Market Fit: We've seen strong traction across our global markets, including the US and Canada, where we're continuing to invest significantly. We regularly review quota methodology to ensure targets reflect market realities and set teams up for success.
