CEO is a unpresent, afraid of conflicts and a really BAD leader. Job roles says you should not be afraid to speak up, however, feedback is not welcome! Always out of office-, coffee- and cleaning- supplies. Forces staff to do tasks outside of working hours. Forces HQ staff to do sorting and delivering tasks. Really bad salary. Positive culture is non-existing. Encouraging lying about performance towards retailers.
