Pros

Somewhat flexible hours (You have to work a set minimum of hours per quarter and if there's plenty available, there's plenty to choose from. If there's only a few hours available, you're forced to work those and then still get yelled at if you didn't meet minimums -- even if the hours just weren't there). Can work from anywhere with reliable internet access.

Cons

Management is fake as can be. They act like they care, but all they care about is that they look good to their peers and that the company makes as much $$ as possible -- even at the expense of the employees or app users. Quarterly hour minimums even when the hours aren't there/open. I witnessed people get fired over not meeting minimums even when there were NO open hours to pick-up. Low pay (depending on where you're working from -- I'm in NY, so the $15/hr I was paid was crap).

Pros

Remote Work and Nice People

Cons

Inconsistent pay across teams, most are overworked and underpaid. Executive level management is poor, meetings are ineffective and a waste of time, the dysfunction starts at the top.
