Pros

You could go to some really nice places, stay at nice hotels and build hotel loyalty points. Flights were very long, worked to the bone with barely a chance to sit down to eat but if You’re with a good crew you support each other.

Cons

Disorganised company from first impressions. Training we had to fly to Germany and when our flight was cancelled it took nearly 4 hours of sitting in the airport with no communication with the team in Malta not knowing what to do or telling us what to do. Training was long hours without transport to take you back to your hotel so had to find your own way. Was obviously a difficult time due to covid but was suddenly dismissed with no explanation not compassion no appeal, I had 2 weeks notice where I had 2 flights and was blocked from my company email, blacked from work chats and asked to stop contacting the flight team asking about the two flights I had to operate in the coming trips as I have been taken off them. This is such a poor way to treat people, made to feel like a criminal like you’ve done something to the company is so poor. They said they don’t have to give a reason as to why they are terminating the contract. No company benefits, salary was 27k euros and 30k after your first year. Per diem 30euros per day your are flying. And 50 euros if in America
