Pros
- Compensation range is solid, and backed by industry data. They will pay for the right background match
- Candidates for new roles are well-screened and the team is high-quality
- High agency to get things done
- Executives try to foster a good working environment
- Culture of work-life balance (as long as you put in your 40-45h/wk)
- Company is currently break-even and has not spent much if any of the Series B runway
- Director of Engineering has grown into his management role while retaining high technical competency
- Even including the sales team, there has not been a lot of headcount turnover here across the lifetime of the company
Cons
- No 401k matching
- Executive leadership is still developing their skills (though they have clearly improved since prior Glassdoor reviews)
- Like many startups, there is always much flux (team is growing rapidly, product direction-changes in response to new customer types, etc.)
