It's been a great place to learn how to do small business & startup accounting; the clients are all in all interesting/exciting startups to work with.

Remote work is nice but you can find that elsewhere too

Work life balance is talked about by everyone, but it never feels like it's possible to achieve. You're forced to meet regularly with awful middle management (not genuine support, total waste of time). Team calls are PAINFUL. Little to no opportunities for advancement. Really weird C suite - not people I find good leaders. You're not given much support either - it really is sink or swim. Honestly, just stay away. The business isn't doing well either.
