      I am surprised to see no reviews of Aimia Singapore, which is the worst performing office in IT. Decent salary. Stock option

      Cons

      New management hires have lead to layoffs. Managers seem inexperienced and lack direction and strategy. Bad team members, ending up playing blame game and finger pointing. No training or growth. High attrition rate.
