no job security ... every month they layoff atlease two people for stupid reason... even if you performed well and there is no product manager ,software architect and no proper tech lead and one year development experienced guy leads team and currently he is not in touch in development domain too ... toxic management and no proper decision from management side and frequently change the decision and no software methodology they are followed for developing software application.. simply developing application like internship student
