Pros
- Wonderful colleagues with great bonding. You earn genuine friendship in workplace, which is rare in Hong Kong. - Reasonable management (mistakes at times but at least remains open-minded) - Flexible WFH policy - Have a great portfolio of key accounts - Regional Exposure (SEA)
Cons
- Poor management decisions costing a fortune, and these wrong decisions unnecessarily added tons of toil for every employee without matching remuneration - Unable to stand firm in front of corporate clients due to lack of a well-developed/maintained core solution or product - Occasional overtime / work during off hours due to various incidents These being said, this place is a great arena for one to make him/herself a better and more resilient person.
