Terrible ugly managerial and company culture. No increments and no projects. they just want to you to show up and complete hours. Best place to rot away especially if you are in tech. Also honorary mention, there is absolute zero career growth unless you know people in the higher management.

being a part of royal group companies , one will get lots of exposure to multiple technologies because they will let you work on different projects in different companies under royal group

no salary hike or bonuses can be expected. there are lots of projects which are either discontinued or paused and due to this lots of people being fired
