Hot temperatures and sometimes hard work, but generally not too bad.

The production people are great, really hard workers. I enjoyed the day to day interaction. The hours are good. The work was something I enjoyed doing.

Upper management doesn’t seem concerned about correcting a situation when it is expressed to be an issue. There was a lot of favoritism, if you weren’t one of the favorites then you were just shined on.
