Pros

Agoda Choice - MYR 2500 pay and claim benefit per annum for yearly listed items such as grooming, courses, healthcare, and more.

Cons

Moving to BPO standards, we have a lot of BPO who are rude and try to avoid case handling. Focus on customer but not employees. Career opportunity and recognition not based on actual work efforts. Too many projects that impact employees mental health and work-life balance. In the name of experiment, they created "hybrid" and expect one agent to do 2 department job but no difference in pay or benefits. Poor WFM management that leaves applied many months in advance for festive season rejected on reason of insufficient headcount but company keeps hiring. Trying to cut cost the wrong ways and have eventually become unhealthy.
