Pros
Breadth of the services and products portfolio and employees' roles. Some incredibly smart employees who are recognized leaders in the technical and operational domains, with great ownership.
Cons
Top management is either set for very big companies (>1000) or for start-ups (<25 employees), leading to both unmanageable processes and to decisions bottlenecks. Some C-level managers have more than 14 direct reports while others are managing only themselves. No real culture of get together, with some employees working only remotely, with only video calls, despite the big cultural gaps. In some regions, no real culture of training and of coaching. Except for a very limited number, employees' ownership is close to null as management is not trustful and not acting as enablers. A lot of finger pointing and a clear lack of media/video/broadcast culture, despite those domains are identified in the company mission statement. Lack of career and of performance evaluations, at least in some regions.
