They fired a whole department without warning when I first started a year ago, they then fired my whole office in the contact center this year. After telling us the company is in a healthy growing position, no severance, and the benefits were also expensive and I still had to pay when visiting a doctor. Also company did internal interviews for an open an open role, had a candidate interview multiple times and then GHOSTED their own employee. This company will not raise your level and will not move you forward in your career if your in an entry level position.
