Furthermore we understand that work-life balance is important, and we strive to create a culture that supports a healthy balance for every employee. No one is expected to work from 8am to 7pm. We are committed to ensuring that our employees are not overworked and have the necessary support to manage their workload effectively. We certainly still have things to improve on this subject and we take your feedback into consideration!
