Pros

Lovely office building and decor. Discount CEO is very kind, personable and encouraging. Product is fun

Cons

A lot of drug use within the company, including management, leading to uncomfortable, unproffesional working environment. HR turn a blind eye to this despite complaints. Loyalty to long term employees is sadly non existent. Original company values/ideas have changed, not as original compared to early years of the company.

Thank you for your feedback. Since the company started in 1994 there have been significant changes and recently we have seen more changes as we expand into new markets and continue to grow. AP is now bigger than ever and this is due to our former and current work force for which we have a huge appreciation. We would not be the brand we are today without them. We have a drug free work place and confidentially address all issues concerning this. We agree with you, Garry is a one of a kind CEO who loves a good chat in the elevator. We wish you all the best.
