      Pros

      The previous employees there before Agape bought out several small Hospices

      Cons

      No training, as if they wanted people to fail so they could fire them. The implementation team that was there to help transition was rude, not helpful, and had no manners. The nurse caseload was too much and they all lacked poor communication

      Pros

      The field staff love hospice and care so much about the work they do every day. But they have no clinical or leadership support.

      Cons

      Inexperienced clinical leadership and director of operations. Favoritism. Unequal caseloads. Retaliation when productivity not met. Retaliation by leadership when needing to call out sick. High caseload. Poor work life balance. Senior/corporate leadership do not take field staff concerns seriously. HR does not take field staff concerns seriously. Director is not knowledgeable in hospice care and there are frequent service failures. AVP / CEO / HR did not act expeditiously to several complaints regarding branch leadership. Branch needs a clean out and a lot of TLC.
