Pros

One of the best things about this company is the culture—it’s not just talked about, it’s actively protected. Leadership is very intentional about hiring people who align with that culture, and if someone isn't a good fit, they handle it with care and professionalism, helping that person move on rather than letting it affect the team. The CEO and executive team are incredible. They’re approachable, open to new ideas, and genuinely supportive. At the same time, they hold people accountable, which actually boosts morale—it creates a sense of trust and fairness across the organization. What truly sets this company apart is the mission: which is to ultimately make prescription drugs more affordable for Americans. It’s not just a statement—they live it. Leadership doesn’t just say the right things; their actions consistently show their commitment. The company motto says it all: “We promise to do what’s right, always.” And I can attest that they mean it.

Cons

Like any company, it’s not perfect. We’re transitioning out of the start-up phase, which means we’re actively building out processes that didn’t exist before. That naturally comes with some growing pains. The company is also still establishing its place in the market, so it’s not the kind of place that’s going to offer salaries above market value. That said, compensation is fair and competitive. So if your main priority is chasing the highest paycheck, this might not be the right fit. But if you’re looking to be part of something meaningful, where you're valued and fairly compensated, you’ll find a lot of fulfillment here.

AffirmedRx's culture is truly one of a kind. As a remote organization, there is still a strong sense of connection and teamwork. I always feel supported and valued. It's a great place to work if you want to be part of a meaningful mission that the company truly stands by.

Amazing and smart people to work with and who are highly committed to the work and mission. PCA's are incredible and provide a ton of value. Transparency in their product is real....

Cons

Very paternalistic environment at the top, almost like a club-- you are either in or out. Senior Leadership is too far removed from the day to day to understand needs of the organization which could be a detriment to the ability to scale with future growth.
