Pros
+Is a job
+Arguably preferable to unemployment
Cons
-Bad pay
-Very high employee turnover
-No training
-Zero benefits
-Inconvenient hours
-Uncaring management
-Uncaring supervisors
-Would rather have in-and-out-part-time rabble than a full-time core of competent staff
-You almost never have all the supplies you need
-Long wait to replace broken tools/gear
-No career advancement
Honestly, the worst job i ever had, hands down. I don't know how the other locations operate, but the one i worked in was just an absolute drag. We were even explicitly told we were replaceable. I worked there nearly 2 years, and never met the general manager. My building routinely had the highest marks out of the 7 the company cleaned, and I can count on one hand the number of times I was told "Good Job!" Unappreciated, underpaid, overworked. No advancement, no career prospects, no hope.
McDonald's would be a better choice.
