Pros

If you’re looking for a place where your ideas are heard, problems are solved (sometimes faster than you can say "operational efficiency"), and you can actually make a difference—welcome to Aeroflow Health. Working here feels like a mix of a high-energy puzzle game and the best team huddle you’ve ever been part of. You’ll never hear the words “that’s not my job” because at Aeroflow, we get it done. Whether it's streamlining a new process or troubleshooting that one mysterious system glitch that only happens on Tuesdays—trust me, I’ve been there—our team is always ready to collaborate, adapt, and find solutions without all the red tape. I mean, decision-making here is like a speed race—blink and it’s done. It’s honestly like being in an episode of "Shark Tank," except we’re all wearing sneakers and giving each other high-fives instead of yelling at each other. The challenges are real, but here’s the thing: those challenges are what make it fun. You get to wear multiple hats, pivot at the drop of a hat (or a “new regulation”), and work with some of the most innovative, passionate people in the healthcare space. It’s the perfect place if you like getting your hands dirty, solving problems, and high-fiving your teammates when you crush it.

Cons

Fast-paced environment: It’s like running a marathon, but you have to sprint every mile. The pace is intense, so if you’re someone who thrives in a chill atmosphere, this might not be the place for you. Consistency across business units: There’s a little bit of the “wild west” feel when it comes to different departments. What works well in one unit might not be the same for another, so you’ve got to stay flexible and adaptable. Change is constant: If you love things staying the same—this might be a place where you’ll get whiplash. But hey, if you’re all about innovation, this is your playground.

Pros

they have decent employee healthcare

Cons

Where do I even begin? I worked for the company for several years. I actually left on good terms, but the main reason I left was because the work environment had become so toxic. It felt like instead of fixing the real problems, they just kept hiring more layers of middle management. Many of them didn't seem to have much healthcare experience, yet they were put in charge of people who did. Rather than addressing chronic understaffing, they spent their time scheduling endless meetings where they talked about how well the company was supposedly doing. Meanwhile, the people actually doing the work were stretched thinner than ever. Favoritism became impossible to ignore. The employees who agreed with management or stayed on their good side seemed to get the raises, easier workloads, and opportunities, while everyone else was expected to pick up the slack. The system they rolled out a few months before I left only made things worse. Morale dropped, good employees kept leaving, and patient care suffered because of it. When you have constant turnover and experienced staff walking away, patients notice. There's a reason patient satisfaction has been declining. It's disappointing because the company used to be a great place to work. There are a lot of hardworking employees there who genuinely care about their patients, but they're being let down by poor leadership and decisions made by people who seem more focused on metrics and appearances than actually supporting their staff.
