Innovation-Friendly: If you bring a good idea, chances are you’ll get the green light to pursue it. There’s room for creativity.

Workload Can Be Heavy: High expectations and ambitious schedules mean long hours, especially during crunch time. Resource Planning: Communication and resource planning could be better. Limited Formal Training: Most of the learning is on the job.
