Management is very rude. Does not know how to treat the employees No consideration given for hard work Everyone considered labour. Odd working hours 9 -7 pm. But u never leave before 8. Very cost concious. Dont even provide tea. Dont clear salaries on time. Sometime they pay you in cash. No benefits for employee like pf, bonus etc.

You are self dependent to create your platform, not only yo grow the skill you will also build your profession with working environment

You can't quit the work without completion.
