Pros

Pays in time, rotates shifts

Cons

-They are understaffed with high volume of calls. -Managers and the owner have zero sympathy or care for their employees. -They make you traverse like 10 different systems, and all of them ask you for security codes by email that take forever to be received each day. -The call flow script is extreamly hard to follow and unrealistic. -You have zero input on it. -You literally have to wait to get permission to go to the bathroom, and they only give 8 minutes in the whole shift -The training process is nonexistent. -No benefits at all, literally just your pay, no insurance of any sort.

Pros

1.flexible schedule-morning ,day .midday, evening,overnight. 2.Gain Knowledge on many pbx-systems. 3.Not as hectic as working in a hotel./(Sometimes.) 4.Paid Training 5.Always Hiring

Cons

Challenges: Most of the Management is not helpful in assistance,. Day management is the worse ,always busy attaining others or in a meeting . Assistance is important when your dealing with guest on the phone about places and hotels you never step foot in. **Some of these places are out of the United States.- 2. Management-They don’t want you to tell the truth to the guest that you are a call center / not at the property. Other words you have to lie , and if it’s not in you the advice given to me ( don’t tell the truth and don’t lie ). 3. No room for growth and excel. 4. When its low-season.hours are cut /or termination.
