Nice coworkers and many interesting tasks

So many employees left as the office was contaminated with mold and they got sick and still there are a lot of people that are not feeling well working there and nothing is happening to fix it.

Team members are supportive but scared to speak up

The most toxic leadership I have ever encountered in my entire employment history. Just enough foresight to not break the employment laws but absolutely no moral compass. The slogan is “People at Heart” this is not true. They do not care about their people. The treatment when chosen for redundancy is cruel and cold. They are constantly making people redundant while at the same time advertising very similar roles implying the new roles are due to growth and this is within the same week people are in consultation for the roles they have held for multiple years. Loosing clients they have had for years. Look after your people and they will take care of your clients. This ethos has been lost as this company has grown. Do not under any circumstances leave a secure job to work here.
