Thank you for taking the time to review your employment with ATR. We appreciate all feedback former employees have to give and would like to address some of your concerns: ATR certainly did not “get rid” of healthcare insurance for a month. The company was subjected to an extreme post-enrollment rate hike by a new insurer. To mitigate significant cost increases, we returned to our former insurer, honored the employee rates announced at Open Enrollment, and ate all cost increases. The healthcare policy was retroactive to the start of the plan year. Was anyone uncovered, even for a day? No, of course not, we would never allow that to happen. We regret that this person’s experience in their working environment was not positive. Most of our employees have far more rewarding experiences.
