      Responsive and supportive company leadership, great schedule.

      Cons

      Some instructors are there just for the paycheck. Instructors are too old school in train of thought after being out of service for so long.

      Pros

      Work on a military installation, and frequent travel to other installations.

      Cons

      Leadership is subpar at best. A senior shareholder's identity was stolen, and the perpetrator has been using this data to try and "spoof" me into making illegal purchases. When this was reported, the company simply told me to block the entity, and did nothing else.
