AMC provides great opportunities for growth and advancement. I started in an entry-level position and was able to work my way up to Community Director, which speaks to the company’s willingness to invest in its employees. Throughout my career, I have received support, guidance, and opportunities to develop professionally. The company encourages growth and gives employees the tools they need to succeed.

As I have taken on more responsibility and advanced within the company, balancing multiple priorities and a growing workload has sometimes been challenging. However, those challenges have also helped me develop new skills and continue growing professionally.

I have worked for AMC for a total of 4ish years. I have never felt more cared for or given more opportunity for career growth anywhere else I have worked besides here with AMC. After being rehired in 2025 I made it a goal of mine to move up from my current position and get a position in management. Recently with the help of my manager, my regional and all the AMC training team I had completed the ACCD training program and was recently promoted to an Assistant Community Director. I could not be more thankful and excited for this next journey and It's all thank to the growth opportunities this company has to offer.
