      Pros

      Working for a company that has a good mission, providing quality healthcare in the correctional environment is important and needed.

      Cons

      Company is family owned and has all family members in corporate leadership positions. Reviews on here are true about the corporate office culture being cold and unwelcoming and the company responses to those reviews saying it is inaccurate are coming from those family members in leadership. They preach that "only hard workers should apply" in an attempt to make it seem like the turnover is do to "lazy" employees rather than address the actual issues they have in management.
